In these days we herald the beginning of a new Ecclesiastical year and Jesus comes to us as Divine Teacher and Savior. He begins His public ministry (to souls) by entering the synagogue to teach, is given the Book of Isaiah, and with His divine lips proclaims the divine prophecy of Isaiah as fulfilled in Him, for He comes as the Remedy to all mankind’s deepest ailments. He says, “Today this Scripture is fulfilled in your hearing.” How marvelous!1
He comes preaching the Kingdom of God, calling all those with various ailments to come to the Kingdom, declaring the Messiah’s (His) anointing to preach, to heal, to proclaim liberty, to recover sight, to set at liberty, to proclaim the acceptable year of the Lord.
If we are to receive His remedy, we must hear His correction and receive it in the way that would allow His remedy to work in us and transform us—actually change us and make us Kingdom people.
The Manifesto of Receiving Correction for Children of the Kingdom
- Shake off, quick repentance, apologize genuinely where needed. Change mindset into repentance and accepting forgiveness instead of my rights and my perspective/opinion. Just let go. Unity and purity of heart above all else. Walking in the Spirit always.
- Realize where the gaps opened from and allowed the grace to seep out. What area was I not watchful over or in what situation did I act incorrectly/by the flesh—even if it was not necessarily today, but within the past few days? What was the overall trend of my walk in the past days? Mostly the flesh, mostly in the Spirit, fluctuating rapidly between both? Upward incline or downward digression?
- BELIEVE that the Lord can perfectly and fully restore every grace, every infilling of His Spirit. BELIEVE that He corrects, forgives, washes, restores EVERY TIME I ask Him in truth and am faithful to do these steps. NOTHING can ever be lost, because He’s my Redeemer.
When I believe and cling to all this, He, my divine Teacher, then instructs me: - Within every correction, there is an important Kingdom lesson. Mistakes become precious and rich when you are careful to seek and learn the lesson. This is the very purpose I allow the mistakes to happen. I am NEVER disappointed in your mistake when I am able to teach you a Kingdom lesson through it. Accept it from My hand. I am your Teacher. I want you to be a Kingdom person. If you don’t learn the Kingdom matters you cannot be a Kingdom person.
- Maturity is also of utmost importance. Guilt is never from Me. Closing off is never pleasing to Me, nor is it My expectation. You are a disciple and still under training. You must see Me in every state you’re in—whether you have full marks or whether there are lessons you need to repeat in order to learn and do better when the test comes. You must learn to get up quickly EVERY time you fall—the Bible says this is what makes a person righteous.
- Remember what your Father taught you: the forgiveness and cleansing from sin happen immediately when you seek it, but the emotions lag behind. Whenever your enemy approaches and brings lying thoughts against all that I’m teaching you, cling to Me for I am the Truth. Reject his lies, for remember he is a liar and the father of all who follow after lies. Be in the truth, steadfast and established. And KNOW your salvation in Me—the Great and Eternal salvation by the Great and Only Savior.
- “These things I have spoken to you while being present with you. But the Helper, the Holy Spirit, whom the Father will send in My name, He will teach you all things, and bring to your remembrance all things that I said to you. Peace I leave with you, My peace I give to you; not as the world gives do I give to you. Let not your heart be troubled, neither let it be afraid.” (John 14:25–27). I have given you these lessons as a foundation now, but in every situation and circumstance, if you keep fellowship with My Holy Spirit, He will be quick to teach you and remind you all these lessons just as in a guided practical exam.
- Finally, be at PEACE. I give you My peace and leave it to you. Let not your heart be troubled with anxious thoughts or remorse, nor let it be afraid from My corrections or your mistakes.
I conclude every lesson to My child saying to you, I love you. Thank you for fulfilling My desire for this rich foundational lesson to come out as honey from your mistakes. Again I say to you, I love you, my little disciple. Now be on your way, dancing in My green pastures as My little lamb, the child of My Kingdom.
